Rizoma is an artistic residency, and each participant chooses their own expression: music, theater, cinema, painting, dance, photography, cooking,… You can come alone or with your group, band or collective, or create a new one to come. Our team will accompany you with:

For example: Early Bird + Participant’s sibling + Resident in Sant Josep will be applied as follows: 10%+5%+5%. That is, 20% in total.

An artistic residency is a stay in a specific place (usually in connection with nature) dedicated to the development or simply research towards the realization of an artistic work. In simple words: a stay where you are expected to do what you love the most!
Yes! What we imagine is that through this experience you can explore your creativity and connection with the arts and personal expression. We invite you to decide on a way of creating that you would like to spend 11 days with, and perhaps tell us what you would like to talk about with your work, or what aspects of yourself or the world you would like to explore.
Even more “YES”s! In fact, we would love for you to do so. If you are a group of people who do theater, or a trio that would love to play rock all day but don’t have space, or if you want to assemble your own film crew with a camera, actors, microphones,… and present yourselves all together. We leave you the materials!
Don’t worry about anything! If you want to come and you’re not quite sure what you want to do, we invite you to try different things, to create and explore art from different points of view. Having a clear concept is not easy at all! But it grows, like the root of a rhizome, from creating and trying and sharing and experiencing. That’s what Rizoma is for.
